Cardamom essential oil is well known for its use in sensual or aphrodisiac blends including massages, bath oils or for room fragrancing. It is also renowned for easing nausea, digestive problems, wind and heartburn. It can be used as a bath oil and is especially good in winter for colds and chills or massaged into the stomach and upper body when blended with a carrier oil. The therapeutic properties of cardamom oil include antiseptic, antispasmodic, carminative, cephalic, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, stimulant, stomachic and tonic. Aroma: cardamom is a warm, aromatic herb having a distinctively strong aroma that is sweet, spicy and almost balsamic in fragrance with uplifting and invigorating properties.
